Emily Arnold Fleming (she/her) is a behavior analyst living, working, and playing in Richmond, VA.
With an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Theatre, Emily has been combining her love of human services and performance since the mid-2000s. In 2012, she joined the mainstage cast of CSz Richmond and began her career in behavior analysis through a local day school program. She honed her skills as an improvisational performer, director, and teacher while gaining experience as a behavior technician, clinical supervisor, and behavior consultant. In 2020, Emily received certifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB and a Certified Applied Improvisation Provider through CSz Worldwide.
Emily has been sharing her unique perspectives on flexible, socially-reinforced behavior on stages and in conference rooms across America. Career highlights have included becoming the Company Behavior Analyst for Improv | On and Off the Stage and leading an experiential workshop at the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science's World Conference 2025.
Emily's most-prioritized values include collaboration, kindness, and showing support to those around her.
